Properties with market value $2,500,000 - $4,000,999 – 35% of 1st year’s tax reduction
Properties with market value $1,500,000 - $2,500,000 – 38% of 1st year’s tax reduction
Properties with market value under $1,500,000 40% of 1st year’s tax reduction
